What are they? Gogi berries are festive red berries that have a sweet, slightly-sour taste that usually come dried. Gogi berries are filled with antioxidants, Vitamin C + A, fiber, iron, and zinc. They include 8 essential amino acids! A 1/4 cup serving of goji berries contains 90 calories and 4 grams of protein (per serving).
