Soul Cycle Instructor’s HIIT workout

Eliana Sable, our favorite Soul Cycle instructor gave us 2 incredible HIIT workouts that are quick, convenient, and certainly result-boasting! You’ll be huffing and puffing after the first move- trust us! It’s perfect for hotel rooms, gyms, bedrooms, and even camp bunkhouses (been there done that!)

Complete this series 4 times:

20 burpees
25 jump squats- OUCH!!!
25 push ups
25 sit ups
60 second plank

Complete this series 3 times:

25 squats- get low!
10 burpies
12 push-ups
5 burpees
30 second plank
25 leg lifts- each leg
15 lunges- each leg
10 burpees
